Catholics and Cats, now that is a story in itself.

On June 13, 1233, Pope Gregory IX issued the Vox in Rama, an official papal decree declaring that Satan was half-cat and sometimes took the form of a cat during Satanic masses. Catholics around the continent began slaughtering any feline that entered their property.

Not a good place to put a cat home and if they escape into the cathedral they will not be seen again.

“One can love animals,” the Catechism says. “One should not direct them the affection due only to persons.”

They could turn Ty Pawb into a market and attract market traders while throwing out the arty farty elelment.
Demolish the empty shop units off Lambpit street and make a vegetable market and once everyone on their 10 year contracts leaves Eagles Meadow, flatten it and hold an open market there every Monday.
You could attract farmers and hold livestock auctions on the Mecca Bingo car park.

Imagine attracting people into the town centre? That would be something!

Wrexham voted OUT for a number of reasons. Would a NEW referendum continue along this line and ask HOW DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE?

    Does anyone really care?

People complain but they choose to work in England so if they are sat in a jam, its their own fault.

Anybody wanting to visit England or go shopping in Broughton has the opportunity to do so outside of rush hours.

Shut up and put up, commuters create the problems!

Stopping the untalented from moving to the UK to work should help with the A&E figures even though we cannot send back the ones who are already over here.
We can bring over the professionals we need and make the scrounging UK born dole loungers do unskilled work or stop their benefits.

Does the token gesture payment from Councillors mean that the ones who have businesses or work in town can park at the Guildhall for as long as they want now and not just for meetings?

That really is a nice saving for some of them and they cannot get any nearer to the town centre.

It does make a nice change from readings headlines such as:

    – Police carrying out a large-scale operation at a traveller site in Wrexham
    – Councillor wants action taken over Gresford travellers as soon as possible
    – Community ‘devastated’ after Travellers set up camp in village
    – Llay residents remain ‘outraged’ over Wrexham Local Development Plan
    – Police attend as travellers ‘take over field’ in Llay
    – Brymbo campaigns against proposed Traveller site
    – Travelling gang locked up for stealing power tools from vans
    – man had knife during confrontation between travellers and homeless people at wrexhams old groves school
    – Legal bid to oust travellers who’ve pitched up in field
    – Travellers pitch up behind Wrexham superstore
    – Man arrested at traveller site in connection with distraction burglaries

These people can be valuable members of our society if we let them in.

Staff are saving around £600 a year with their free parking. Stop this and save thousands.
