Wrexham Car Park Ticket Mystery

Normally a ticket from a Wrexham Council run car park has Wrexham County Borough Council printed at the top, details of expiry time and date and the vat number at the bottom. A recent ticket has no mention of Wrexham Council printed on it or any vat number .On the back is the name Metric Parking and Bemrose Booth Car Parking. Have the Council out sourced their car parking?
