Traffic lights not working

This morning was chaos on the Grosvenor road to Bradley road with the traffic lights not working. There were
several near misses as I passed that way. I guess it must have got worse at peak time. Anyone know if they’ve been fixed yet?

Just been past, they are stuck on red! Oh now red/amber, oh no, now stuck on green, oh hang on amber, no stuck on red again….bloody council!
