    Not ventured to the sales yet. Any good bargains to be had? Watch out for goods brought in just for the sales. Remember it is only a bargain if you need it and it is in your colour and size etc. Otherwise just leave it!

    Queues seemed big over the last few days – cant say I know anyone with a true bargain though!

    Watch out if you go to Morrisons,many of their chocolates seem reduced but in fact are still the price they were before Christmas, smarties large tubes are still a £1. Thorntons mint selection are still £4, although it says reduced from £8. Their wrapping paper is a good buy,some are plain gold or silver and could be used for other occasions.

    Sainsburys have tins of Cadbury /Foxes biscuits down to £3.60 and Christmas haribo for £0.38. Bargain !!

    Sainsburys have now reduced many of their Christmas lines to 10p, includes aero Christmas trees, Cadbury tree decorations and mini chocolate fingers.

    First Avenue the clothes shop has had a sign in their window for a couple of weeks now saying Mega Sale starts today!!!
