    Nice that the welsh government are give money to help local areas but Once again the Welsh government are not helping home owners, its existing housing stock that need energy improvements, the Welsh goverment was given £500 million pounds because england was given money for the Green home Scheme but welsh goverment not doing the same?

    Are you really surprised newwales. I mentioned this in an earlier thread. The WAG don’t always allocate money for where it was intended. Council houses on the other hand are completely gutted & refitted every time before a new tenant moves in.
