As terrible as the Las Vegas shooting was, it is almost as shocking as the fact the gunman was able to take 23 guns into a 32nd floor hotel room unchallenged in the first place!

He was a “high-roller” and the hotel would bend over backwards to get his business. Put it down to greed on their part.

I’d imagine it’s incredibly simple to get guns into a hotel room. Put them in your bag and carry them upstairs. Short of searching people’s bags – which isn’t going to happen – there’s nothing they can do.
Greed hardly comes into it. Someone wants to buy a room in a hotel, they sell it.
