Lots of circus adverts pasted all over town, one gate plastered with 10 of them. They look unsightly, and make the town look even more scruffy, wonder if the council will remove them?

Is that part of the councils job description wrexview? It should be that the people posting them should get a fine if not removed 2 weeks after the event has finished.

I would rather they swept roads & kept the grass cut in communal areas like the Colliery Road Estate in Rhosddu. You would be lucky to find a blade of grass amongst the dandelions there.

All things that take the pride out of an area.

Criminal offence to flypost. Councils have powers to issue £100 fixed penalty per illegal item. So £1000 from that gate alone. Or they could just increase the council tax instead and do nothing. Wonder which they will go for.

then go after the ******** putting yes cymru stickers on anything that doesnt move.

It would be an easy task to charge £100 fine for flyposting. They put the name of the event on the posters.

On the other hand, for small local charity type events that is the only way of advertising an event for people not using social media.
