Sir Keir said Webbe, 56, “should stand down [as an MP] and if she doesn’t we will support a recall petition”.
If only Boris wasn’t such a snake. No offence to snakes intended.

The people who are that bothered about her not resigning go and urge her to resign, but nobody should be pretending that Rob Roberts should still be an MP either.

A great opportunity this week for our two local MP’s. Both able to ask the Prime Minister a question at PMQ’s in Parliament. With so many things worrying their constituents a chance to nail down the Prime Minister on matters of grave concern. Take your pick from…. Soaring inflation, selling off the NHS, proven rampant corruption in the Tory Government, failure to get Brexit to work for the workers, encouraged profiteering over Covid, people on pensions cheated out of their promised rise, cost of living rising and standards of living falling even further, heat or eat, Universal Credit cuts even to those working and having to claim it, and of course selling out COP 26 to the biggest polluters.
There are many, many more, equally worrying problems, to ask questions on.
They chose Offa’s Dyke and Defence Committee’s inquiry into women in the Armed Forces.
Worthy issues for another debate at another time.
They both chose to ask nauseating, sycophantic and a**e licking questions, to which the PM had prepared answers, to try to improve his image. ???
I got the impression that their careers matter much much more to them than their constituents. Sucking up in the hope of a safe seat in England at the next election???
    Frankly I hope they succeed.

Nice to see Sarah Atherton once again backing Boris, this time in his watering down of the Social Care Policy which by general consensus will hit the poorer members of society hardest.
Wrexham is hardly an affluent locality and this is going to hurt many areas of our town extremely hard in years to come.
The lady has no mind of her own or backbone it seems.
