Any news on development work

Over the last few weeks I’ve seen developers etc … doing work next to Wrexham driving test centre. Opposite the Bupa private hospital. Have you any info on what’s going on there.

It moved a few years ago, closed down in 2007 then we were without a test centre in Wrexham for about 2 years before they opened the new one by the Maelor.

Looks like it could well be work starting on the joint ambulance and fire station, it also includes potential inclusion for police admin buildings. Guessing that’s where they had in mind for some of the new police facilities when they knock down Wrexham Police Station.
