You read a load of crap from people who don’t know their twll from their Ty Pawb but Alun has a passion for the town and the experience to drive it forward.

Come on Alun, you must be bored by now. Save us from the clueless Councillors.

A VOTE FOR ALUN IS A VOTE FOR WREXHAM

Let’s hope after Christmas new people give serious thought to whether to stand for the Council elections in May.

There is a plea though to all those who get elected as ‘Independents’ you should all come together and draw up a manifesto of pledges – the current system with some Councillors only worried about ‘their’ potholes or ‘their school’ and don’t give a damn for the whole Wrexham picture. Yes people are elected to sort local issues but these must be in the context of county wide services such as Education, Social Service, Roads etc. There is just no accountability in place at the moment because most Independents have been elected on very local issues and then are not strong enough to understand the ;BIG; picture issues.

JaneJ excellent points on Councilors and their “their.”

If my local councillor went up for election and said he would fill in the potholes in my street, chase off the junkies and bring back flogging in Queens square every second Monday then i would vote for him.

    WE STILL NEED ALUN!

I would vote for anyone who would add getting rid of speedbumps to their manifesto.

I would not vote for anybody that puts up as an independent.
