Wrexham Council Local Elections 2012
Welcome to our coverage of Wrexham’s local elections that will be held on May 3rd.
We were the first media outlet (on or offline) with the full candidate list, which we made nice and readable for you rather than the weighty council document! You can view the full candidate list here. Our coverage had started with the ‘open evening’ for prospective candidates back in January.
Another Wrexham first by us was the circulation of a Question and Answer letter to *every* candidate for the council. We have had some replies and they are linked to below. We have collated the replies per ward, which is the area represented by someone elected, so choose where you live and have a read !
If there are no replies or your ward is not listed below, it means the candidate has not replied, or has chosen not to take part. We did inform them when we would close this off, and that we would ’empty chair’ any non responders !
Q&A With Wrexham.com Replies – 40 local candidates bothered to reply so we would encourage you to read what they say !
