Location: are opening the gates of Bersham Colliery

Time: 10am – 4pm

Details: North Wales Miners Association Trust is a registered charity consisting of a number of volunteers who open the gates of Bersham Colliery on the last Sunday of the month. The colliery is an open air museum with the last remaining colliery headgear in North Wales together with Grade 2 listed Engine House. There are several large artefacts on the colliery yard. On site also will be North Wales only Mobile Mining Museum. Children are very welcome. Visit the colliery & you will be sure of a welcome. Sensible footwear is advised.
