Location: Ty Pawb Arts Centre, Market Street, Wrexham

Date / Time: Thursday 12th March 2020 at 1pm

Prices: Free to attend, Donations welcome

This weeks’ FREE to attend Live Music Showcase concert features ‘The Beautiful Barley Boys’ from Shrewsbury who are a mother and son duo, Suzanne Butler (lead vocals & rhythm guitar) and Joe Butler (backing vocals & lead guitar). We are promised a trip down memory lane as their music is inspired by artists including Patsy Cline, Rosanne Cash, The Carpenters and Carol King and many more popular artists from the last 30 or 40 years.

The duo combine Suzanne’s songs, which cover wistful themes of love and loss, and Joe’s guitar arrangements which combine jazz, blues, and bluegrass elements. One of the reviews about the duo shares ‘It goes without saying that both sets of musicians were absolutely fantastic and their choices were just perfect too. They looked great, sang amazing and performed to a very high standard. I have to say, I think they enjoyed themselves too!

Live Music Showcase is on Thursday March 12th at 1pm in Ty Pawb, Wrexham.
