Live Music Showcase draws its autumn series to a memorable close in Ty Pawb, Wrexham on Thursday December 19th at 1pm, when we welcome Counter Tenor and Classical X Over artist Kieron-Connor Valentine who will perform a recital of seasonal songs and music. Kieron-Connor, who comes from Wrexham, is one of our prize winning and highly talented musicians. He has recently won the Bath Opera Isobel Buchanan Award and, from October to December, joined the Glyndebourne Festival Opera Company in the cover role of Mago Cristiano in their production of Handel’s Rinaldo.

Kieron will be accompanied by Tim Stuart and they will be joined by Alice Newbould, who is a prize-winning young Cornet player from Northop near Mold. Alice is a member of the Junior RNCM for both voice and cornet and plays with the Northop Silver Band. Alice will perform a programme of seasonal music during Live Music Showcase.

There will be some extra special Christmas treats and Mulled Wine available – after all ‘Tis the season of good cheer’.
