Family Fun Day at Minera Lead Mines, Wrexham. Take the opportunity to visit the lead mines which offers a fascinating & unique glimpse into the industrial past of the beautiful Clywedog Valley. Visitors can explore the 53 acre country park seeing remains of the lead processing areas from the 18th and 19th centuries, the restored beam engine house, winding engine and boiler houses.

Free guided yours of the site are available, gold panning and craft activities for the children. Face painting and additional games available at a cost
