A chance to learn what mindfulness is all about and how it might help you to change your life! The session will begin with a short talk about mindfulness, followed by an introduction to some of the key concepts such as negativity bias, i.e., why we more often see the glass as half empty.
You’ll also experience some meditation practices such as the body scan and enjoy some mindful movement.
There will be a general Q&A and also a chance for a one-to-one conversation about your own needs.
