Ysgol Rhiwabon Students Visit Guru Nanak Gurdwara

40 Year 7 students from Ysgol Rhiwabon attended and thoroughly enjoyed a visit to the Guru Nanak Gurdwara (Sikh temple) in Birmingham.
The trip allowed students to view the Gurdwara and all its features, and also taste some traditional Sikh food which was prepared for the students at the temple.

Helen Savva, Curriculum leader for RS said

‘Year 7 are currently studying the religion of Sikhism in RS.
To help them consolidate what they have learnt in class, a visit to the Guru Nanak Gurdwara (Sikh temple) was arranged.
All the students were amazed at the temple and were thrilled by the event’
