A recruitment firm has taken on a new office in Wrexham as it looks to increase staff numbers.

The independently-owned firm Recruit4Staff, already has a 10-strong team after taking on six new starters since opening its doors in Wrexham’s Lord Street 20 months ago, and now plans to employ another five consultants and more support staff roles to meet demand.

In the next 12 months, Recruit4Staff, which operates in five main market sectors – science, manufacturing, engineering, construction and supply chain and logistics – not only plans to grow headcount in their new office on Pandy Business Park but also strengthen their work in new market sectors including construction and trades, accountancy and finance and catering.

The move from a town centre position will allow the firm, which specialises in both permanent and temporary positions, to offer good transport links and free parking for their customers and clients, said Aidan jones, one of the company’s four directors along with Adrian Barrow, Dave Antrobus and Paul Stevens.

“It’s usually the other way round; people moving their business into the centre but we were in Lord Street for almost two years now and although we’ve enjoyed being there, it is important to us to offer a modern working space that is also easily accessible to our customers and clients and big enough to grow and expand our team.

“Here at Pandy Business Park we can now offer free parking for both our clients and customers, there are good transport links, access to bus routes, we are easier to find and central to the road network as we are just off the A494,” added Mr Jones.

“The business has consistently delivered growth over the past 20 months and we hope to see this continue over the next 12 months and beyond. It’s a hugely exciting time for us.

“There is a lot of competition out there but we are confident that we are bringing something different to the recruitment market.”
