A 24-year-old man from Wrexham has been charged with the production of cannabis.
The man from Yale Grove, has been charged with the production of cannabis and abstracting electricity following the recovery of 35 mature plants from an address in Caia Park on 20 March 2014.
The arrest was made as part of ‘Operation Scorpion’, an initiative which is targeting drug production and supply in North Wales. The scheme was launched in January this year by North Wales Police and aims to keep the people of North Wales informed on progress being made to tackle organised crime where they live, work and visit.
He has been released on bail to appear in court at a later date.
