Wrexham Lions & Assorted Animal Spotting!
Early this morning we were tweeted with a message saying “Extremely large cat or maybe a leopard leaping from the middle of the horseshoe pass road into the fields at 5 in the morning” – we are trying to verify this and unsure if its a spoof going along with our question on Sunday evening.
For those who missed the news this weekend there was a large hunt in Essex after several members of the public claimed to have seen a lion on the loose. Police marksmen and helicopters were deployed in the lion hunt.
We asked our readers for the wierd and wonderful animals they had seen around town… here are a selection of replies!
