Three local bus routes which had been put at risk due to a local coach company entering administration,  are to begin again tomorrow.

Last week Wrexham.com reported that GHA Coaches had entered administration and had immediately ceased its services – resulting in the loss of 320 jobs.

As a result of the company entering administration, a number of bus services have been out of action since last Wednesday – causing disruption for workers and residents across the county borough.

Following the news the company had entered into administration D Jones & Son have announced that they are to take over three of the former GHA routes – including services to and from the Wrexham Industrial Estate and Llangollen.

Below are the timetables for the routes, which will come into force tomorrow.

A statement released earlier today by the company reads: “D Jones and Son are now operating the following routes from Monday 18th July. We will be operating to the same times as the previous operator (GHA)

“We have recruited a number of their drivers and other personnel.”

Details of the local routes taken over by Arriva Buses can also be found here.
