Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary on the Homestead estate, just off Bersham Road.

The incident took place around 7pm last night, when police say four unknown people gained entry to a property.

The individuals are described as ‘wearing face masks/scarfs and dark clothing, trainers also’.

The house has been left in disarray after the break in.

Police are asking for any witnesses, or those in the area at the time who may have seen something, to call 101 citing reference W008596

Police noted that all information will be treated as confidential.
