Warning issued after garden furniture thefts in Wrexham

Residents across Wrexham are being asked to remain vigilant following a series of garden furniture thefts early this week

Wrexham Town Inspector Vic Powell is asking members of the public to ensure their property is secure, to make sure that gates are locked and that security lighting is working.

Officers from the NWP Eastern Community Safety Team have also been out offering advice on how items can be secured.

This includes marking items of value with UV pens to include your postcode and initials.

Other suggestions include CCTV usage on the property and security lighting.
