Wrexham is set to get a break from the cold and wet weather for a few days, with temperatures set to hit 19C by the end of the week.

While the Bank Holiday may have been a washout, the Met Office have forecast that warmer weather is on its way to North Wales this week.

However it could well be ‘suns out guns’ out in Wrexham this week, with some respite on the way from the rain and chilly weather over the next few days.

While tomorrow is set to be a cloudy day, the nicest days of the week are set to be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with temperatures forecast to reach highs of 17C and lows of 9C.

The warm weather does come with a bit of a dampener, with more rain currently forecast for the next weekend – where temperatures are expected to hit highs of 18C/19C.
