Wrexham’s most popular car parking provider, Vinci, has this month rebranded to Indigo.

In the media release bumpf they say of the change: “As Indigo, it will continue to provide dynamic, adaptable and flexible parking, working with its clients to deliver intelligent, integrated and bespoke solutions.

“In the ever changing world of transport, Indigo will offer the most comprehensive and advanced global parking network, with car parks that can adapt and cater for the specific needs of each location and its users it serves.”

“VINCI Park underwent a change of shareholders in 2014, when two new companies – Ardian and Prédica – purchased stakes in our Group’s equity alongside VINCI. The introduction of the new identity will mean changes to things like signage, stationery and uniforms.”

Rumours have been circulating locally that the Eagles Meadow car park, that is run by Vi…Indigo is set to be taken over by a different company following the acquisition of Eagles Meadow earlier in the year, however so far there has not been any public movement to that effect.

For those interested in the Eagles Meadow overall lease from Wrexham Council – you can read a report from September here.
