Family of Shannon O’Doughty-Edwards have released the above picture as police issue a missing persons appeal.

We are told Shannon was last seen around 5pm yesterday and was wearing a long black ‘crazy type of coat’, black and white stripe top, black skinny jeans and white and grey Nike trainers, carrying a big black bag.

Shannon is described as being about 5’8 tall, pale with black short cut hair in a bun on top, wearing a black and white hair bandana.

A member of her family says: “It’s very out of character for her to just disappear like this and no one has seen her.”

This evening police placed the below picture online via twitter, noting that Shannon is ‘missing from Acton area’.

Anyone with information or sightings are asked to call police on the 101 number reference U017203.
