A van and a car have been involved in a crash on the link road this morning.

A534 Llan-y-pwll Link Road Southbound is partially blocked with slow traffic due to accident, with official information saying a car and a van was involved and recovery work taking place near the Wrexham Golf Club.

Lloyd sent us the top picture saying: “Bad crash on the Llan y Pwll link road. Traffic to a halt. ”

Kingsmills Road into town along with Ruthin Road traffic lights, and Wrexham Road through Rhostyllen were all described as being bad this morning.

Police did issue an early morning warning saying: “Please be careful on your travels to & from work or wherever you may be today. Its wet & misty, please plan your journey.”

We’ve spoken to North Wales Ambulance Service who have confirmed they were not called to the incident.
