Two vehicles have been involved in a collision in Rossett.

UPDATE: Recovery has been completed and the road has reopened.

Original information below…

A black Astra and Porche 4×4 collided on the old Chester Road. The collision, which has taken place near Darland High School, took place shortly before 5:30pm.

As of 6pm when we went near to the scene of the incident the road was closed off to traffic, with buses queuing. No ambulances were attending, and there did not appear to be any medical concern.

As a result of the collision the road is partially blocked and there is queuing traffic in the area.
