Two arrested after handbag snatched from elderly woman

Two people have been arrested after a handbag was snatched from an elderly woman in Wrexham this afternoon.
NWP Wrexham Town say the incident took place in the Linden Avenue area of Hightown at around 12:10pm.
A man and woman have since been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
A male and female arrested for a robbery this afternoon. The victim is safe and being supported. The offenders are under lock and key with us and will be for some time. #Wrexham #InspectorVicPowell
