Temporary changes to Wrexham – Chester bus service in place from tomorrow

Passengers who use the Wrexham to Chester bus route are being reminded of temporary changes to the service will be in place for the two weeks.

From tomorrow (Monday 13th November) until Monday 27th November 2017, Arriva Buses Wales say Service 1 will be unable to serve the stops between Pulford Church and Wrexham Road Holiday Inn between 8pm and 5am due to roadworks.

A statement released by Arriva Buses Wales reads: “Due to road works taking place on the A483 between Belgrave traffic lights and the A55 interchange roundabout, from Monday 13th to Monday 27th November 2017, service 1 is unable to serve stops between Pulford Church and Wrexham Road Holiday Inn between the hours of 8pm and 5am.

“The service will divert via Doddleston Lane, Pulford Lane, Church Road and Lache Lane between the hours of 8pm and 5.00am. The following evening journeys will not serve Chester Business Park due to the works.”

From Wrexham to Chester:

• Monday-Saturday: 7.50pm, 8.50pm, 9.50pm, 10.50pm.
• Sunday: 8.50pm, 10.50pm.

From Chester to Wrexham:

• Monday to Friday: 7.32pm, 8.05pm, 9.05pm, 10.05pm, 11.05pm,
• Saturday: 7.27pm, 8.05pm, 9.05pm, 10.05pm, 10.50pm.
• Sunday: 8.35pm, 10.35pm.
