Temporary changes for Chester – Wrexham bus route due to roadworks

Passengers who commute on the Sapphire service between Chester and Wrexham are being warned of some temporary changes to the bus route.

Arriva Buses Wales say that from Monday 15th January to Saturday 20th January 2018, service one will be diverted between 7pm and 6am due to to roadworks.

As a result the service one towards Wrexham will be unable to serve bus stops at Grosvenor Park Road, Save the Children Bus Stop, Chester Castle, Overleigh Roundabout, Nuffield Hospital, Ashgrove and Kings School. The service will divert via Hoole Road and A55.

Arriva also say that the following evening journeys from Chester Railway Station will not serve Chester Business Park: 7.28pm, 8.05pm, 9.05pm, 10.05pm, 11.05pm.
