Teenager Taken To Hospital Following RTC
A teenager has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision earlier this morning.
Shortly before 10am this morning emergency services were called to Regent Street, following reports of an RTC involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
It is believed the incident took place at the top end of the road near Game.
As a result of the incident Vicarage Hill in the town centre was temporarily blocked off to motorists, however the road has since reopened.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 9.58am to a road traffic collision on Regent Street in Wrexham involving a van and a pedestrian. We responded with an emergency ambulance, and a teenage boy was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.”
