Keen golfers across the county borough are being invited to take part in one of the key events in Wrexham’s sporting calendar.

The annual WCBC Carlsberg Lager Golf Trophy will return to Wrexham Golf Club on Friday, September 28th.

A key staple in Wrexham’s sporting calendar, the event is organised by the council’s Active Wrexham team and sponsored by Carlsberg UK.

The format is a pairs Betterball Stableford competition, with more £400-worth of prizes – and is open to both men and women.

Competitors must be over 18 years of age and the entry fee of £45 per pair includes a main meal and two complimentary drinks.

Entry forms are now available from the Wrexham Council website. For more information, contact Active Wrexham on 07808 787 587.
