A solicitors firm are celebrating a successful first year in Wrexham.

Solicitor Owain Dodd has worked in the Bartletts Chester branch for 10 years, however having been born and bred in Rhos was pleased to open the new Wrexham office where he is now based.

Mr Dodd said: “Since opening in Wrexham, there has been a high demand for our services and the office has gone from strength to strength.

“We have quickly established a strong local reputation and are receiving many recommendations from happy clients.

“The first year has exceeded our expectations.”

The staff in the office also provide a fluent Welsh speaking service, which is a service local people have used .

Shaun, who is a taking part in a number of events this year including Cheshire Cat 100 Mile Sportive in March, the Three Ironman competitions and the Snowdonia Marathon.

The donation from Bartletts Solicitors will go towards his commitment to raise £2000 for SCOPE, a charity for the disabled, as a result of his participation in the Ironman UK and Ironman Wales events. However, to date, the athlete has raised more than £5000.

Over the last 12 months the office has been pleasantly surprised by the number of clients who have been recommended to the service and general enquiries from off the street.
