A substantial amount of drugs have been seized after warrants were executed in Rhos.
Wrexham Rural’s Safer Neighbourhood Team assisted by specialist units, carried out the two warrants under the Misuse of Drugs Act, earlier today.
Police say a substantial amount of what is believed to be Class A, B and C drugs has been recovered.
Acting District Inspector Mike Norbury said: “By conducting these warrants our aim is to cause disruption to the trade in illegal drugs across the area.”
“Other proactive operations will be carried out in the area as we take robust action against offenders. We want to reassure the people of Wrexham that we are taking positive action and listen to their concerns.”
He added: “Our goal of directly targeting those who cause the most harm will continue.
“These types of warrants would not be possible without the support and assistance of the local communities.
“I appeal to anyone with information linked to drugs supply of any kind to make contact with us. We will always treat any information in the upmost confidence.”
