Tyre Fire At Llay Industrial Estate

Fire crews attended a fire at Llay Industrial Estate this evening.

We have had several reports of ‘acrid smoke’ being seen and smelt around Llay this evening, with Carl Thornton sending us the pictures in this story. We have been told the fire is ‘small’ and ‘not serious’, thought to be tyres, and not believed to be connected to any Bonfire Night celebrations.
