Police are appealing for information following a number of shed burglaries in Wrexham.

Five burglaries were reported to have happened overnight on Saturday 3rd August into Sunday 4th August, when garden sheds were broken into in the Bron y Dre area of Wrexham.

Tools, drills and chain saws are believed to have been stolen from the sheds, which were all locked at the time of the incidents.

Over the weekend we received a number of tweets and emails informing us of the shed burglaries around Wrexham, including an incident on Chester Road a few weeks ago.

Anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area is asked to call PC 2604 Mark Sayer in Wrexham Police Station on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
