Seven Sentenced Over ‘Bubble Match’ Disorder
Seven men have today been sentenced in Wrexham Magistrates Court in relation to the football disorder at the Wrexham v Chester football game on 31/08/13.
The remaining six defendants pleaded not guilty and a trial date of 17th December has been set.
Aidan Bannan:
4 weeks night time curfew (21:30 – 05:00) £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and a 4 year Football Banning Order
Craig Malcolm Miller:
6 months night time curfew Fri / Sat / Sun (21:00 – 04:00) £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and a 5 year Football Banning Order
Tomos Owain Roberts:
6 weeks night time curfew ( 21:00 – 06:00) £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and a 5 year Football Banning Order
Jake Anthony Hughes:
£275 fine, £25 Victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a 3 year Football Banning Order
James Christopher West:
5 months night time curfew Fri / Sat / Sun(21:00 – 04:00) £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and a 5 year Football Banning Order
Dean Pleavin:
£110 fine, £20 Victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a 3 year Football Banning Order
Mark Stephens:
12 months community order to carry out 200 hours unpaid work, £60 Victim surcharge and £85 costs and a 5 year Football Banning Order
