Search underway in Wrexham as part of murder investigation

Officers investigating the murder of a man in Wrexham are carrying out a search in the Caia Park area.

Terence Edwards, 60, was found dead at his home at 39 Pont Wen, Caia Park just before 7pm on Monday, June 1 2020.

Detective Inspector Chris Bell said; ““We are carrying out searches in the Caia Park area in relation to the murder of Terry Edwards otherwise known as Cockney Terry or Tez.”

“This is one of a number of planned searches in the area so please do not be alarmed.

“We are grateful to the members of the public who have already come forward to help us with our enquiry.

“Anyone with any information is encouraged to approach our teams who will be in the area or to call 101 or use the live webchat.

“Alternatively please contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or fill in their anonymous online form.”
