Motorists are being warned of some potential disruption next week with further roadside cleaning and cutting work set to begin.

The works will take place on the Mold Road between the interchange with the A483 and the county boundary with Flintshire near Cefn y Bedd and will begin on Wednesday 13th June.

It is believed they will take up to three days to complete.

They mark the second stage of roadside cleaning in Wrexham, with works recently completed alongside the Llan y Pwll link road between Gresford Roundabout at the Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Wrexham Council say that lane closures will take place during the work, which could lead to some disruption. Warning signs will be placed on the road before any closures taking place.

Works will be staggered stage by stage, so closures aren’t expected to be lengthy. However motorists are being advised to leave time for their journeys.
