A number of residents in Gwersyllt and the surrounding areas have experienced issues with water supplies throughout the day.

Shortly before 1:30pm this afternoon there were reports that the ‘water had gone off’ in some properties in the Top Hill area of Summerhill.

It is thought that the issues have been caused by a leak on First Avenue in Gwersyllt – with the Hafren Dyfrdwy website stating that it is currently working to fix a general water supply issue.

This evening – while some have said their water pressure has returned to normal – there have been similar complaints from residents in the Gwersyllt area.
