CCTV footage of the individual who police say is “responsible for causing a spate of damage” in the Rhos area, has been released.

Several vehicles had “offensive graffiti” spray-painted on them and the windows of two houses were also damaged.

The incidents took place in the early hours of Friday morning, with police stating at the time that it “appears to be random incidents of damage, the graffiti being offensive in nature but not specifically targeted.”

This afternoon NWP Wrexham Rural has released CCTV footage of an individual they say is “responsible for causing a spate of damage at around 01:30hrs on the morning of Friday 20th November.”

In a statement, police added: “This mainly consisted of offensive graffiti being sprayed in gold paint on vehicles and the road in Ponciau, Rhos.

“Do you know him, recognise the clothing or bike? Have you lost or even found a can of gold spray?

“Please get in touch if so – 101 or NWP website chat.

“Please share this far and wide, we really do need to find him, arrest him and send him to court.

“What sort of person does this at such a time and to innocent members of the public.”
