Police Called to 4am McDonald’s Fracas

Police made a late night visit to McDonalds following reports of anti-social behaviour at the fast food restaurant in the town centre. 

Yesterday Wrexham.com were sent the image featured above of an incident ‘outside’ McDonald’s on Regent Street, which took place in the early hours of Sunday morning / Halloween.

The image shows around three police vehicles in attendance – with one person telling Wrexham.com that something had taken place outside McDonald’s and that it looked as though ‘400 people’ were outside, although we believe this was a slight over estimate.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police confirmed they had been called to reports of anti-social behaviour including pushing and fighting inside the fast food restaurant at around 4am on Sunday morning.

The doors to McDonald’s were closed while officers attended the scene and it is believed the situation was quickly resolved with no arrests.

UPDATE: Since posting this online several people have been in touch to say there were around 40-50 people outside, with Emily sending us the below picture:
