Police appeal for help locating a Wrexham man wanted on recall to prison

North Wales Police is asking the public for help locating a man from the Wrexham area wanted on recall to prison.
22-year-old Tom Flynn is also wanted on suspicion of affray.
Police have said “though he is from the travelling community, with links nationwide, he may be in the EllesmerePort area.
