Google Maps has changed this afternoon to allow a game of Pacman to take place on any location – including Wrexham!

The arcade classic has been released temporarily over the normal Google Maps service, using the real life streets as the map for the game. You can now chase Blinky, Pinky, Inky, (and Clyde!) down Regent Street if you so wish.

Last year Google allowed a similar Pokemon chase around town, but this evening we are chasing ghosts.

To play ensure you are on a laptop or desktop computer (with some mobile support!) and click here – you control Pacman using your arrow keys!

There are several easter eggs in famous places around the world, however Google appear to have forgotten the centre of the known universe with none being found in our area.
