Roads around Plas Coch reopen after crash left car on roof

Update 4:55pm – Police have confirmed all roads have since reopened.

Two fire engines are attending a crash on the Plas Coch roundabout.

Update 3:08pm A spokesperson from the Welsh Ambulance Service has told us: “We were called at approximately 2.30pm this afternoon to reports of a road traffic collision on the roundabout next to the Plas Coch Inn in Wrexham.
A crew in an emergency ambulance and a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle are currently at the scene.”

Two vehicles appear involved in the incident, with one believed to be a Fiat 500, ending up upside down on its roof.

Police and paramedics are on the scene, with one nearby eyewitness telling us they believe the fire service are working to free one person from a vehicle.
