Plans To Convert Llangollen Chapel To Three Bedroom House

An application to convert an old chapel in Llangollen into a residential property has been submitted.

The Sion Chapel has been sale for the past two years, and if the application is successful the building would be converted into a family home.

The residental property will be set over two floors and will have three bedrooms.

The proposal states that: “The internal layout will allow for three bedrooms with the bathroom facilities located on the ground floor. The main living area will be open plan leading from the first floor landing.”

Alongside this the main living area, with living room and kitchen space will provide a ‘contemporary way of living.’

Within the report stated in the report that due to the nature of the existing appearance, the exterior of the property will remain unchanged. However refurbishments will be made to the windows and doors, along with
