No More Butts – STOPTOBER Is Here To Help

STOPTOBER has been launched to help as many people quit smoking as possible

Wrexham Council are encouraging all residents to take part in the challenge, which begins with a smoke-free 28 days.

Last October, 160,000 people stopped smoking for 28 days and statistics show those people were five times more likely to quit smoking for good.

If you want to join in, there is lots of free support available. All you have to do is register with the website smokefree.nhs.uk/stoptober and you will be sent your STOPTOBER pack. You will also receive daily support, encouragement and tried and tested techniques to help you along the way.
