More will be able to take advantage of Wrexham’s mobile book service with the introduction of a new route in the county borough.

The service, which already visits 70 locations in Wrexham once every three weeks, has added a new stop at Woodside Court, Esless Park, Rhostyllen to its route. It will be available to visit every third Thursday of the month from 2pm – 2:55pm.

Everyone is welcome but existing library members are reminded to bring their library cards with them. Non-members can join straightaway but will need to bring current ID with their name and address.

The mobile library offers a provides service to parts of Wrexham which are not within an easy reach of a branch library. It carries an extensive and regularly updated range of fiction, non-fiction (including popular best seller), large print and audio books for both adults and children.

To join – you will need to complete a simple form and bring proof of identification. If you have already joined at another library within the county there is no need to re-join – just bring your current library card.

The free reservation service gives you access to any item in stock in our libraries. You can request items through the mobile library staff or go to the library catalogue and do it online (you will need a pin number to do this).
