As of 3:07pm this afternoon Coleg Cambria have confirmed all their sites will remain closed on Tuesday due to icy conditions.
Wrexham Glyndwr University say that all campuses will be open tomorrow (Tuesday) and lectures are expected to take place. As was the case today, there will be limited parking on the Wrexham site, and Regent Street will be pedestrian access only.
North Wales Police advised “If venturing out on the roads be aware of icy conditions. Slow down & allow sufficient distance between you and the vehicle in front. Watch for locations where you may need to drive more carefully, either because of side winds or a greater risk of ice.”
Please take care out on the roads today – freezing temperatures across the region overnight so black ice is expected. Allow more time to travel and #staysafe #drivesafely #cold #brrr pic.twitter.com/CBIFp38PaW
